The short version of what you can expect from Viralika and what it expects from you.
What Viralika is
A tool that collects public data from social platforms and analyses it. It shows you what is already published. It does not post, message or act anywhere on your behalf.
Access is by invitation
There is no public sign-up. An invite link works once and creates one account. Do not pass it on: whoever opens it gets the account.
How you may use it
For your own work and your clients'. You may not resell access, scrape the product itself, or republish collected data as a dataset of your own.
About the data you see
It comes from third-party providers and from the platforms themselves. We show it as we received it and keep the raw response, but we cannot promise a platform's numbers are complete or current.
Availability
One server, and we would rather say so than print a number we cannot keep. Planned work is announced in advance; unplanned downtime is reported after the fact.
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms carry a version and change the same way the privacy page does. The governing jurisdiction will be named once the company exists; until then, a dispute starts with you writing to us.
